Direct store delivery
DSD manufacturing & distribution software, with all your edge cases built in.
Ordering, production, pick and pack, routing, delivery, and invoicing — the whole direct-store-delivery lifecycle, for manufacturers who run their own DSD routes. The exceptions that break a generic ERP are in the product, not in a spreadsheet beside it.
In the product, not the workaround
- Per-category order cutoffs
- Standing orders
- Per-customer pricing
- Independent operator settlement
- Stale returns & credits
- Lot-coded frozen cases

Runs across every stage
01sell & order
Who you sell to, what you sell, what each of them pays.
The three modules the whole order book is built on. Set the account, the catalog, and the price once — the ordering portal, the bake plan, and the invoice all read the same record.
- One record per account — delivery address and window, contacts, terms, and the route it sits on
- Customers sign themselves up; approve the request, assign a route, and they can order the same day
- Salesperson ownership with an append-only assignment history
- Calls, visits, and price exceptions logged on the account instead of someone’s inbox

Assign a delivery route to approve
Approved accounts land on a route and can place their first order the same day.
02ordering
Order calendar, standing orders, and an AI Agent that cross-sells
- Self-service ordering ≈ +15% revenue
- Reduce labor costs, mistakes, and churn
- Order calendar lets customers plan in advance
- Standing orders provide predictable demand
- AI Agent that can cross-sell and upsell based on new products and instructions
03production
Tomorrow’s bake, planned from tonight’s orders.
Orders and projected standing deliveries aggregate into a dated bake plan — over-bake buffer applied, recipes scaled, batch tickets ready for the floor. When a late order lands, you see the difference and apply it, instead of re-running the whole plan.
- Bake plan generated from the route order book — real orders plus projected standing deliveries
- Late orders surface as a diff you apply per product, without over-baking
- Batch tickets consume ingredient lots earliest-expiry-first
- Completing a batch mints finished lots with genealogy back to the supplier lot
04routing · delivery
See every route. Shorten it. Run it from a phone.
- Every customer on a live map, color-coded and filterable by route
- One-click stop-order optimization — no per-stop or per-route fees
- Drag to resequence; drivers get the new order instantly
- Runs on any phone — no app store, one-tap Google/Apple Maps navigation
05invoicing & analytics
Books that close themselves.
The moment a delivery is confirmed, Seamdeck invoices the actual quantity, applies return credits, and posts to AR. Statements, aging, and waste analytics are waiting for you in the morning — no midnight reconciliation.
- Invoices generated at delivery on actual quantities, not ordered
- Statements, AR aging, and automatic credit holds
- Returns post as credit memos the same day
- Waste and stale-rate analytics by customer, product, and route
06route accounting
Five ways a DSD route gets paid for. All five are built in.
Charge, cash, buy/sell, consignment, scan-based. Most DSD software assumes one of them and leaves you to fake the rest in spreadsheets. Seamdeck sets the model per ACCOUNT, so one operator’s Tuesday can hold all five and still close as a single weekly statement.
The bakery bills the stop and pays the operator a commission on what was delivered.
- Who bills the stop
- The bakery, at delivery
- AR invoice
- One per delivered order
- Who carries the risk
- The bakery — it holds the receivable
The default, and the only model a manufacturer without independent operators ever touches.
$6,000 delivered · $100 stale credit · 19.3%
- Commission on $6,000$1,158.00
- Stale credit clawback−$19.30
All five coexist on one route and close into one statement — a charge chain store, a cash bodega, a buy/sell deli and a consignment supermarket, plus weekly fees, chargebacks and the route-loan payment, netted into a single signed number. A week can come out negative: the operator owes, and that is an ordinary week.
07costing
What the batch actually cost, lot by lot.
Every completed batch is costed from the received cost of the exact ingredient lots it consumed — not an average, the lots. Actual against standard, variance derived on read, and a smoothed unit cost per SKU you can trace back to the batches behind it.
- Batch actuals against standard, split into ingredient and labor/overhead
- Per-lot breakdown — the exact lot and rate behind every number
- Purchase price variance against your standard and against the PO
- Smoothed unit cost per SKU from the last five completed batches

How it works
Set it up once. Customers order, drivers deliver, you see everything.
- 01
Staff
Stock the catalog, draw the routes
Add products with units, pricing, and cutoffs. Build delivery routes and sequence the stops on the map.
- 02
Customers
Sign up, get routed
Open signup and a quick business-details form. Staff approve and drop the account onto a delivery route — they can order the same day.
- 03
Staff
Set each customer’s price
Named tiers and volume breaks, or a negotiated price per account with manager approval. Every order bills at the right number automatically.
- 04
Customers
Schedule orders ahead
Standing orders repeat on a set schedule; manual one-offs cover the rest. Per-category cutoffs lock each day’s demand.
- 05
Drivers
Pack and deliver from the app
Per-route pick lists and reverse-order loading, then turn-by-turn navigation. Deliveries confirmed at the curb on the driver’s phone.
- 06
Management
Watch the whole line
Ask Seamdeck in plain English and get charts off live orders, products, and routes. Build no-code workflows and sync to the ERP you already run, like Dynamics 365 Business Central.

See these screens with your own routes in them.
Thirty minutes, a live system, and your products, customers, and delivery days on the screen. We will show you which modules replace what you run today and which ones integrate with it.
